A Marrakech Affair
For this event, colour was allowed to speak in full.
Inspired by Marrakech, a warm, layered setting was created with deep orange tones, terracotta, blue, purple and plenty of vibrant green. Flowers, fabrics, ceramics, fruit and small decorative details were deliberately mixed to create a rich, almost sensory atmosphere.
I love colour, and this theme allowed it to be fully explored. Not by making everything busy, but by coordinating different shades and materials. Large loose floral shapes, unique textures and unexpected combinations give the whole a character, while citrus fruits, figs, berries and ceramics further enhance the oriental atmosphere.
In event styling, I believe it is important that flowers do not stand alone. They are part of the complete picture: the table, the textiles, the vases, the tableware, the colours and the space. Only when everything comes together is a real atmosphere created.
For this Marrakech setting, it was allowed to be generous, warm and a little opulent - with flowers that not only decorate, but also tell the story of the evening.
A Marrakech Affair -Colour, flowers and atmosphere in abundance.
